Terms of Service
Last updated: 13 June 2026
1. Acceptance
By using the Crypto Payment Gateway ("the Service") you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. The Service
The Service generates deposit addresses, monitors public blockchains for incoming USDT transfers (ERC20 and TRC20), confirms payments, and activates or extends subscriptions. It is provided as software for the operator to self-host and is non-custodial: the operator controls the wallet seed and all funds.
3. Eligibility & acceptable use
- You must be legally able to enter contracts and use crypto services in your jurisdiction.
- You must not use the Service for unlawful activity, fraud, money laundering, sanctioned transactions, or financing illegal goods or services.
- You are responsible for the products or services you sell and for any tax obligations arising from payments.
4. Crypto risks
- Irreversibility: blockchain transactions are final and cannot be reversed by us.
- Wrong network or asset: funds sent on the wrong network, to an expired invoice, or in the wrong token may be unrecoverable.
- Volatility & availability: network congestion, RPC outages or fees may delay detection or sweeping.
- Confirmations: a payment is only considered complete after the required confirmations (6 on Ethereum, 19 on TRON by default).
5. Payments & subscriptions
Invoices expire after a configurable window (default 30 minutes). Underpaid invoices remain open for top-up until expiry; overpayments are accepted. Late payments to expired invoices are recorded but do not auto-activate a subscription and require manual handling by the operator.
6. Refunds
Crypto payments are non-reversible. Any refund is at the operator's discretion and, if issued, is sent as a new on-chain transfer to an address provided by the payer. The operator defines its own refund policy.
7. No warranty
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for loss of funds, profits, or data arising from use of the Service.
9. Changes & termination
We may modify or discontinue the Service and update these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
